Tara has been in the industry for over 11 years. She began her career in a small dive bar & transitioned into formal dining & worked her way up. She is now a seasoned mixologist with over half a decade of experience mastering craft cocktails & working with unique & interesting flavor profiles. “I love building off classic cocktails, and adding my own flare to drinks”
Tianna Panken
Tianna has been in the industry for over 17 years. She started in a pizzeria & worked her way into Marketing and Sales on the White Plains Strip in 2014, specializing in nightlife. Since then, she has navigated various roles in the industry while still maintaining shifts as a waitress and bartender. She has half a decade of experience in events and specializes in logistics and cocktail menu curation.
